Welcome! I'm glad you found your way here. Spirit guides and ascended masters have been teaching me for over 25 years. It has been an educational, joyous and fulfilling journey. It's time to share it with you.

I am not doing this for fame or financial gain. My aim is solely to serve humanity and the Divine by listening, writing it down, and making it available to guide and inspire you. That is the sum total of my calling and my ambition.

Concentrate on the Basics

A little too perfect? Is she really happy?

Concentrate on the basics. Filter through the pieces of your life and your obligations. Determine what is really important, what is essential and what is not. Pare away to the basics, the really important things.

Have you said yes to too many requests? Have you set the bar too high in your personal life with regard to chores? What will happen if everything is a little less perfect? Nothing.

If someone complains that it isn't done "right," let them take it on themselves.

Don't let the demands of holiday tradition obscure the actual holiday's significance for you.

If you have guests coming, let them take you - or not - as you are, not as you wish you were. If they don't love and accept the real you...what have you actually lost? Very little.

It's your own approval that you need. What is standing in the way of that? Old voices? Older stories of what it takes to be good enough? Let them all go, and choose your own carefully selected new ones.

This is the path to owning your own life, and freedom from the tyranny of external demands from dubious sources. Declare your independence now, and embrace the things that really mean something to you, and the things you really need and want to do.

We are waving a flag for you. It's your new standard. Take it, and form your new country.
