Welcome! I'm glad you found your way here. Spirit guides and ascended masters have been teaching me for over 25 years. It has been an educational, joyous and fulfilling journey. It's time to share it with you.

I am not doing this for fame or financial gain. My aim is solely to serve humanity and the Divine by listening, writing it down, and making it available to guide and inspire you. That is the sum total of my calling and my ambition.

I think there are people who need this. If you like what you see, please spread the word. If you find something you want to share, post a small portion and a link to the blog page from which it came. Invite the Sun In


Smile at the Sun and invite it into your heart, to increase your love quotient, or into your lower abdomen (Lower Dan Tian) to help you with health issues.  Almost everybody needs both, so pick according to your current understanding of your personal needs.

Remember how we said the Sun wants to help you and is capable of doing so?  (See "Ode to the Sun")  This is one simple way to allow it to happen.  There is no denying that the Sun has great power, but the Sun also knows how much you can handle, and will not overload you.

The Sun loves you, as we said, and only wants your highest Good.  Love the Sun in return, and see how good that interchange of energy feels.

We'll keep this short today to allow you a few minutes to try this.  Right now.  Don't delay.  Time is of the essence.
