Welcome! I'm glad you found your way here. Spirit guides and ascended masters have been teaching me for over 25 years. It has been an educational, joyous and fulfilling journey. It's time to share it with you.

I am not doing this for fame or financial gain. My aim is solely to serve humanity and the Divine by listening, writing it down, and making it available to guide and inspire you. That is the sum total of my calling and my ambition.

Five Little Words


I was given five little words when I awoke this morning:  "I love and trust you."  Could you please talk about this sentence and its significance?

(Sung)
I love and trust you,
I acknowledge the Divine in you.
I know your soul is pure,
I know your heart is true.

I love and trust you,
My soul says that to you.
Your soul will hear me,
And know that this is true.

No matter what you do,
No matter what you say,
Your lies will fall away,
And you'll remember this..

I love and trust you,
I acknowledge the Divine in you.
I know the real you
Is pure and beautiful.

My soul can see this in
Your soul today.

No matter what you do,
I acknowledge the Divine in you.
I know your soul is true,
I know your heart is pure.

I know your soul is true,
I know your heart is pure.

If you approach everyone and everything in life this way, you will find amazing results, because you are acknowledging, and in effect demanding the presence of, the Divine Truth in that person (or situation). 

Your seeing and acknowledging the Divinity and Perfection of their soul helps that person, no matter how messed up their life is, to become better, to take, however small, a step forward.  It may be a mini-step, or a large step, depending on what they are ready for.

Your soul seeing their soul as the Divine Beauty it is, reminds them of their Truth at the soul level, a truth they may never have heard in this lifetime:  That they are worthy.  That they have potential.  That they can be good.  That their pain and lost-ness can fall away, and they can remake their lives in a new and positive manner.

I love you.  I trust you.  I know you can do the honorable thing.  I know you can make good choices.  I know you can get back in touch with your divinity, and embody something incredible and wonderful.

I know you are God.  I know you are Perfection.  I trust you to find your way back to where you belong.  However lost you feel, however miserable you are, I trust you to find your way back to where you belong, to Love, and Light, and Joy in God's Presence.

I love you, I trust you, I honor you, because I know the underlying Truth about you and your heavenly heritage.


As we love and honor you, because we know who you are, too. 

We love and bless you.  We honor you this day.  We see your Divinity, whether or not you can.
