Welcome!

Welcome! I'm glad you found your way here. Spirit guides and ascended masters have been teaching me for over 25 years. It has been an educational, joyous and fulfilling journey. It's time to share it with you.

I am not doing this for fame or financial gain. My aim is solely to serve humanity and the Divine by listening, writing it down, and making it available to guide and inspire you. That is the sum total of my calling and my ambition.

I think there are people who need this. If you like what you see, please spread the word. If you find something you want to share, post a small portion and a link to the blog page from which it came. The URL for the article will pop up in your navigation bar when you click on the title. Cut and paste as needed. Spreading the word is the very best way to thank me and my sources.

There is enough material here to give you a lot to ponder; most of it is timeless. I encourage you to dig into the archives and see what speaks to you today.

Thank you for coming by. Know that the moment you made contact here, love and blessings have started flowing your way, from me, and from my many contacts. Even if you cannot hear them, they can hear you, so speak to them freely and know you are heard and understood. You never know, you just might get a reply!

Fear Is Scary

Fear is scary.  We know that sounds funny, but we meant it.  Fear is caused by you feeling something is scary, but its effects are scary, too.

Fear affects every body system.  The fight-or-flight reaction is a powerful one, meant for use in emergencies to give you the oomph to survive.  Unfortunately, this reaction also kicks in under lesser circumstances, and when over-used, it causes wear and tear on the body it is intended to protect and defend.

We often call this stress.  It wears you out prematurely.  It robs your life of joy and laughter, both of which are healing.

Overused, fear grinds you down without adequate spaces of rest in between for healing and rejuvenation.  So, fear ages you.

Fear robs your body of certain vitamins, and often affects your appetite in such a way that you find yourself eating less of the very foods you need to rebuild.

Fear interferes with your quality of rest.  You sleep less, you may have trouble getting to sleep, and you may sleep less deeply, all bad for your wellbeing.

We know you can't banish all of your fears by an act of will.  We wish, for your sake, it were that easy.  We can recommend, however, some kind of meditation to help you with this.  It can be as simple as paying attention to your breathing.  Or you can try relaxation with a hypnosis recording.  You can try spending time in prayer and communion with God, or with nature.  Spending time loving and appreciating and feeling gratitude are good antidotes and healers, as well.  They open up the energy channels to increased flow, which is what you need and the opposite of the way fear shuts things down within you.

Take a look at your fears, and see which ones you are ready to discard as irrelevant, or old news.  Do this regularly so you don't end up holding on to anything that you have moved beyond.

The safer you feel, the healthier you will be.  The healthier you are, the safer you'll be.  Funny how it works that way.

We love and honor you and hold out a basket to cart your fears away.  No charge!

Namaste.

  1. Fear can be debilitating. We live in a world with news reports 24/7 and a lot of it negative... It is easy to become paranoid and fearful. I like the tips you offer... and a bit of perspective helps too. :-)
