We are telling you this now because there is an unusual condition in play right now that you can use to make the most of your desire for such improvement. It's hard to explain without using pictures, but we'll try.
Your reality is more malleable than usual right now. You can shape your personal reality to reflect your desired experience, and it will be easier and more successful in its outcome than usual, due to the current state of flux in the energy field.
Take advantage of this! It's a window of opportunity that will be closing shortly. The patterns you weave now will be set when this window closes.
Think beyond your usual "eat less and exercise more" resolutions and include such things as important relationships that need some polishing or a major overhaul.
Are you happy with how and where your career is going? If not, then make at least a beginning in the direction you want to go.
Is your spiritual practice, whatever it may be, receiving enough of your attention? Now is the time to start some new habits. They will quickly become ingrained as the window closes.
Start to make your changes now, while the Universe is more receptive to new patterns and major shifts in emphasis.
