2012 is a year that carries much baggage, and this is true before it even begins. So, take some time to sort things through in your mind. What are your hopes, what are your fears, and what do you consider "realistic" expectations?
We don't place a lot of value on being "realistic" in the earthly sense. Realistic tends to mean arguing for your (or someone else's) limitations. So, let's discard "realism" and start dreaming instead. What thoughts and ideas, what prospects set your soul lights ablaze?
As the Quakers say, "Pray, but move your feet!" What can you do right now, this coming year, to move in that direction? What can you do now, to help make that vision of yours come true? One small baby step at a time is all we are asking.
What will make you happy, Beloveds? If you don't know yet, and many of you do not, keep your focus on how you want to feel, instead: Joyous, fulfilled, secure, safe, prosperous, peaceful, loved, important, creative, respected... Pick the words that feel best to you, and add your own. Select the ones that ring clear and true in your heart and soul.
Let this be the core of your intent for the coming year. All the rest will take care of itself. You take care of you, and yours, and love and trust the rest.
We love and bless you this day, and every day, and we wish you a happy New Year that surpasses all of your dreams.
Namaste.
